Så vi i sverige kan se det live ! Hur coolt är inte det !? :D
Vet inte 100% om det kommer funka men det är ju värt ett försök ! :D
Galan börjar ju kl 3 i natt svensk tid, men röda mattan kommer nog redan börja fyllas vid 2 tiden :)

Just nu är live-filmningen bara över röda mattan men vi hoppas ju självklart på att vi får följa med in när galan väl sätter igång :)

Jag hittade den här lilla nyheten hos twilightnews. Robs six pack är äkta! Jag satt faktiskt och funderade lite på det igår eftersom att hans mage på vissa bilder ser lite målad ut. Kan bero på att de måste sminka honom så vit.

*Just spoke to an extra. Extras were told to face other direction when rob took his shirt off. Rob had to do this 3 times! Extra told me rob looked very uncomfortable and nervous

the twilight saga.

Har pratat med Elin (kommer inte ihåg efternamn) som är sändningschef på svenska MTV och fått bekräftat från henne att vi INTE kommer få se det live. Vi pratade en bra stund och hon förstår att alla Twilightfans är besvikna men det är för dyrt att sända live under natten. Dom ska fösöka få upp det på webben redan dagen efter men blir antagligen svårt, detta eftersom all sändning via webb kräver artisters och skådisars medgivande=svårt att få så snabbt. Därför kommer det inte heller sändas live från USA via webb. Den 2 juni hoppas de kunna sända hela galan men dom har bara fått klartecken för den 4 juni än så länge. Det kan alltså bli ett sammandrag på tisdagen bara.
Tyvärr, då jag verkligen hade sett fram emot att se det live.

En intervju med Rob som spanska tidningen Panetella Nacional har gjort.

P: Little Ashes is without a doubt a very different film from what you usually do, including what you've done your whole life.

R: That's true. Little Ashes is a radically different piece of work from what I've done till now, and that's exactly why I wanted to do it. Salvado Dali is a famous and respected person in the whole world and on top of that, personally, I love him.

P: What did you know about Salvado Dali before this film? And of Lorca and Bunuel?

R: I knew a bit about Dali. Well, more accurately, a tiny bit about his work, but I didn't really know anything about him as a person. I forced myself to investigate him very deeply and I did a lot of research about him. I think I started to obsess a bit about him. I studied Lorca and Bunuel in school in London. I had a few notions about their work, like Dali, but I had no idea what they were like as just men.

P: What drew your attention about that period?

R: The artists who pushed themselves to the limit to create, even by destroying their own lives. I'd say that they would do pretty much anything to defend their vision of art in a society where the powers that be and other dark forces intentionally tried to repress their creative expression. But I also think that period is a lot about the beauty of those years, the way they dress.

P: You took on a character with a lot of sexual ambiguity: do you think, now you have become a fan phenomenon, it helps that some prejudiced people might see you in a different light with this movie?

R: I think so, after seeing the film, people might get a different impression than what they were expecting. I feel like they don't really know who I really am, and in this job people make you out to be very exciting. But this does allow me to play various characters. This role is so different from Twilight that it draws attention, because, honestly, I don't think that his sexuality would be that important. I hope that people's ideas about Dali don't rest on what people think about me.

P: What aspects of the Spanish culture does a young Londoner like you know?

R: I love the Spanish culture, and I know the country because I was on vacation in Madrid, Barcelona... It's strange, but working on this film I got the sensation that Catalunya is different from the rest of Spain. I got the sensation that the Catalans are more proud of being Catalan than of being Spanish. I don't know... but in general I like what I suppose everyone likes about the Spanish people, their way of living and how sociable they are. I really had a great experience with that during filming.

P: If a Spanish actor lives through this fan phenomenon, he practically can't walk down a street. What does the American phenomenon entail?

R: About the same thing happened after Twilight. It's funny because when I was in Spain filming Burnt Ashes, there were a few people who knew me and came to say hello because they had seen me in Harry Potter.

P: Has the fame changed you a lot or the people you know?

R: I think deep down, people don't really change, but it has varied the way that my friends see me, even my family. It's weird, because the truth is that people in your life repeatedly treat you differently. But you'll always know who your true friends are. I hope that there will come a moment where they, my family, and myself will get back to normal, because they know me, they know who I am and we have the same dreams. I don't have the feeling that I've changed, I think I'm the same.

P: Did you think that Twilight would be this successful?

R: No, the truth is that no one thought it would be like this.

P: Is it true that 8 to 10 year old girls ask you to bite them on the street?

R: I've been asked that question so many times (laughs). It's just one more sign of how bizarre it all is.

P: You know that one day, the girl you'll go out with will be one of the most famous women in the world. Do you think it will be a dilemma for you to wonder what her real motives might be?

R: Obviously if I go out with a girl, she'll get pulled into the fame thing. In fact, even some of my ex girlfriends have been questioned. It's crazy, but when I'll go out with someone, that person will be introduced to a life that she won't necessarily care for. That's preoccupying. I think that any girl who isn't part of this world would be scared.

P: Have you ever thought for a moment during these past months that the world has gone crazy?

R: Well, I try to keep going on normally, at least as best possible. What you have to do is just ignore everything. The truth? I go through life ignoring what's going on to keep sane.

P: It's crazy to think that the third part of Twilight will involve a Spanish director, Bayona.

R: I know Bayona. I so El Orfanoto and loved it, I thought the story was brilliant. I think he's a very talented director and he'll do a good job with the third part. And the protagonist seems like a very interesting girl.

P: Her name is Belen Rueda and she is Spanish.

R: Yeah, I looked her up on the Internet and I saw a few photos. As I said, she seems very, very interesting...

Executive producer Mark Burnett notes that the hype for New Moon will topple the rest-

But Burnett knows that even "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" and "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" can't live up to the hype surrounding "New Moon." "The biggest sneak peek of all [is] ‘Twilight,'" he said. " ‘New Moon' are allowing a sneak peek, and it's being introduced by Robert [Pattinson] and Kristen [Stewart], so that's huge news around the world right now. ... The anticipation of those clips is going to be huge this year."

Burnett feels that the MTV Movie Awards is the perfect place to air the first clips from "New Moon," and his daughter tends to agree with him: "I have a 13-year-old, and when she found out a couple weeks ago there was going to be a ‘Twilight' sneak peek, she said, ‘Oh, my God! Everybody's going to want to see that.' Young girls live for ‘Twilight.' The MTV Movie Awards is a correct venue for ‘Twilight.' It's clearly something millions of Americans want."

First two days will focus on Bella trying to make her way through the throngs of festival revelers to reach Edward. She jumps in the fountain, wades through it, towards him. Of course she makes it in time at which point he pulls her into a building.

By the way - if you're wondering, yes, they'll be trying to include the "slamming" into his body.

When they reunite, Bella and Edward do kiss followed by the arrival of Jane and the others.

They'll also film something from Alice's perspective on these two days. She "sees" Edward sparkling in the sunlight.

Some the driving sequences will also go ahead on Tuesday and Wednesday, schedule permitting. .

On Thursday they'll be jumping into a hole in the ground. This will likely be Robert Pattinson's final day barring any major delays - heads up to you twi-hards who've made the journey.

Friday is more driving and Porsche work.

Vi (Laineygossip)hade FYLLSKIVA på terrassen när Pattinson anlände. Emile Hirsch, hans flickvän och några andra tjejer kom senare.

Så småningom gick Emile och hans flickvän till Pattinsons bord. Det var roligt eftersom Hirsch drog upp två stolar och inte brydde sig om att dra upp en tredje för den attraktiva blonda tjej esom var med dem och uppenbarligen ville sitta ner. Laura sa hennes ansikte var ganska pouty.

Och vem var hon?

Ja, hon var Erika. Samma Erika med Pattinson på dessa bilder.

Men de var inte på amFAR på torsdagskvällen.

De togs på terrassen.

Med andra ord: en vän till Emile Hirsch har felaktigt representerat sig själv. En vän av Emile Hirsch har sålt ut Robert Pattinson. Dessa bilder säljs i hög kvalitet. Vilket innebär att du kan inte skylla på Facebook eftersom det enda sättet de kan säljas i HQ är om de är original. Nej vänta, låt mig gissa, hennes kamera har stulits????

Är Erika en lovande skådespelerska? Eller sugen på kontanter?

När det gäller huruvida hon lämnat stället med Pattinson efter amfAR, vi är inte ens säkra på att hon var vid amfAR. Och igen, han hade ögon på sig hela natten.

Pattinson åker väldigt tidigt till Rom på fredag förmiddag. Han var på flygplatsen strax före oss. Laura (på LaineyGossip) var tacksam. Eftersom vi dragit en allnighter på vår sista kväll och såg ut som sh-t.

Vilka är de slutsatser som kan dras av detta, annat än att Life & Style, återigen, hade fel???

Tre möjligheter:

1. Erika gickj inte till sängs med Pattinson natten på du Cap för om de skulle gått till sängs, så genom att sälja dessa bilder, har hon effektivt dödat alla andra chanser att gå till sängs med honom igen.
2. Han tackade nej, det är därför hon säljer bilderna, hon räknar med att hon kan också dra nytta av hans avvisande (Laura anser att detta är den mest rimliga förklaringen)
3. Hon har gått till sängs med honom, bara för att kunna dra in pengar på hela händelsen och deras natt tillsammans.

Oavsett vilken förklaring, så visar hon sig inte i sin bästa dager.

4. Emile Hirsch är en douche.
5. Emile Hirsch har douchey vänner

Robert Pattinson fans vs Emile Hirsch fans ... ett nytt krig har brutit ut! GO!"

Personligen så tycker jag inte att man kan blanda in Emile Hirsch i det här, jag ser inte varför han skulle vilja förstöra för Rob på något sätt eftersom att han själv är en framgångsrik ung skådis. Och om Erika är hans vän så kan ju inte han står försvar till vad hans vänner väljer att göra och inte göra. Men vad tror ni?

"Erika was introduced to Robert by a mutual friend at the beginning of the night and he was smitten with her from that point on," an eyewitness tells Life & Style. "He took pictures of her, sat with her all night, and the two of them were even seen kissing! There was serious chemistry between them, and they looked like they were having an amazing time."

And it seems the night didn't end there for the two: "Erika and Robert even left the party together!" the eyewitness reveals.

Enligt Life&style ska Robert ha kysst kvinnan på bilden (Erika) under efterfesten till AIDS galan. Enligt vittnen sågs de även lämna klubben tillsammans. Jag tar dock såna här nyheter med en nypa salt. Vi har ju hört den här historien om Rob rätt så många gånger innan. Vad tror ni?

Stephen Jenner har skrivit en parodi på Twilight, snacka om att vilja leva på någon annans rampljus! Här är i alla fall ett urdrag från boken. Även om jag älskar böckerna så är vissa delar lite små roliga..;) Speciellt när hon nämner att "Edweird" är väldigt lik Cedric Diggory fast med taggit hår..:P

The first time Stella sees Edweird Sullen:

I continued to scan the Sullens' table for another available stud and quickly found one who was nearly as hot as Casper. Again I queried Maria, this time about the youngest Sullen boy, trying to hide my newly-formed schoolgirl crush on him.

   "The boy over there, with the perfect face, nose, eyes, and lips...and chiseled chin, broad shoulders, strapping chest and tree trunk arms...and that V-shaped torso, thin waist and muscular legs like that of an Olympic cyclist. And perfectly manicured finger and toenails. Who is he, and what's his story?"

   "Oh, that's Edweird," she said, rolling her eyes as if they were the seven and ten pins teetering and deciding whether to fall down or not. "He's dreamy. But he doesn't date. Apparently, even the best looking girls in the school are not good enough for him. Rumor has it that he's only interested in five foot four, average looking dark haired girls who only recently moved to Sporks from a hot climate state beginning with the letter "A." He was tall, with long, lean muscles, perfect angular features, and boyish good looks - remarkably like the boy who played Cedric Diggory in the Harry Potter movies, but with spiky hair. That's all I'm going to tell you about Edweird now, but don't you worry: I'll be describing his perfection from this point on every chance I get in four - count ‘em, four - amazingly long (and expensive) books.

Vad tycker ni om det här? Okej om man skriver en liten novell men att förlöjliga någons verk i en hel bok känns lite magstarkt.

Robert har faktiskt en fransk språk-kunskap ..
Han pratar faktiskt franska och förstår mer än vad han kan prata, Lite gammal video men vem kan få för mycket av Robert ? :)

THR: Have you been to Cannes before?

Pattinson: I came here on holiday once when I was 12 but not since. I wouldn't appreciate it (here) as a holiday now.

THR: Let's talk about "Twilight." There are four books. Is the plan for you to do them all?

Pattinson: I have committed to the fourth one, "Breaking Dawn." But I don't know quite when Summit is going to shoot it because of my schedule.

THR: How is the script for "New Moon" different from the second book?

Pattinson: It kind of plays relatively close to it. I would still describe it as being a sort of supporting role (to Bella's story). I think it would have been a bit cheesy if it had just stayed as a voiceover part as my character is a voice in her head in the second book. They've shot these hallucination bits of the film. You're playing a figment of Bella's imagination and I was trying to do it in a really 2-D kind of way. I hope it doesn't come out flat and boring (laughs).

THR: What's the schedule for "New Moon"?

Pattinson: We've got four days left on the shoot for this. I'm going to Italy for the remaining days of the shoot. 

THR: And then?

Pattinson: Then I'm going straight into filming (the relationship drama) "Remember Me," then have just three days off before going back to finishing up the third instalment in the "Twilight" series, "Eclipse." After that I am doing a film "Unbound Captives." I can't say much about that but I know the script needs me to learn Comanche! Maybe it'll be like in "Dances With Wolves!" My part is entirely in Comanche, ha ha.

THR: You've been shooting sequences from the second and third in the "Twilight" franchise at the same time. Is that harder for an actor than doing separate films?

Pattinson: Not really. We will just shoot the Vancouver bits (for 'Eclipse`') and then "Moon" is out later this year.

THR: How did "Remember Me" come about?

Pattinson: I read the script last summer and then met with (director) Allen Coulter and really liked it. It's quite a simple story but there was something about the character and way he spoke that was very similar to the way I speak. There is a naturalism to the writing and I really felt a connection to it.

THR: What's the script about?

Pattinson: I read somewhere it was being described as the modern day "Love Story." It isn't anything like "Love Story." It ("Remember Me") is really hard to describe. It about a 23-year-old guy and knowing someone for six weeks. You don't just fall in love and say, I'm in love, after six weeks. It's really a relationship story. It's very natural and the characters are incredibly real and well scripted. It's one of the few scripts I've read where you finish and realize you didn't really want it to end. I have no qualms in saying that (writer) Jenny (Lumet) is a genius.

THR: How so?

Pattinson: I went up to her house one weekend and we all hung out there and just chatted about the script and asked me what I wanted from it. She worked on the draft and about a week later she delivered this script. She'd captured little bits of my voice and all the inflections and mannerisms I have. The character in the script is quite similar to me.

THR: Playing yourself?

Pattinson: You can only really play yourself in a role once every 15 years I think (laughs). And you can only do it if its a good script and captures you properly. It is very therapeutic actually.

THR: Where and when?

Pattinson: It is set in NYC and will shoot there for eight weeks.

THR: You sound like you enjoyed helping with the writing of "Remember Me." A frustrated writer?

Pattinson: No, it's great when someone else is doing the writing for you.

THR: How do you see your career to date?

Pattinson: I didn't go to acting school, I fell into it. I don't really have conventional taste, and I want to only do films that I feel will be beneficial to my life. What we've molded with "Remember Me" is a very exciting and subtle work. I don't really understand acting as acting. I'm definitely not one of those people who can just look scared when they're told to by a director.

THR: How do you select projects?

Pattinson: If there's a good script I don't care who the director is that is attached. I like the most random scripts and I am really close friends with my agent. She really gets me and knows my taste. Occasionally she'll say, "I've got this really awful script but maybe you should read it anyway," and I look at a page and agree with her. I barely ever like scripts actually. After I did "Twilight," I really wanted to work but just didn't see a script I liked. I ended up doing nothing for a whole year. It was frustrating.

THR: Did the huge global success of "Twilight" affect you as an actor?

Pattinson: I prefer to do nothing than something stupid. I feel there's so much pressure because of this idea of career. It's a little worrying. It made so much money that now you get judged not by how good the film is but how much money the film your in is making. That's the scary thing now.

THR: Presumably there will is the hope that people who like you from "Twilight" will go and see "Remember Me"?

Pattinson: It's going to be helped by that. I just hope when people go and see it, they don't say, "Edward wouldn't do that." That's not going to be good!

THR: Do you still have a place in London?

Pattinson: I gave up my flat a year ago. I'm not really living anywhere at the moment because basically I am constantly working and on the road. 

THR: Nothing to ground you?

Pattinson: I don't even remember where I left my car (in Los Angeles). It's probably been towed away by now. that's my only immovable possession and now I don't know where it is! (Laughs.) It was important to me because it was the first car I ever bought. Made me feel like a man, buying a car.

"Just kind of feeling you know that you don't know where you are going in the world."

"At the time (we were filming) I really felt that I didn't know whether I wanted to be an actor. I didn't know what I was doing, I hadn't gone to university... you know I was kind of bumming around and not feeling very good at anything but at the same time desperately wanting to be, but thinking that you'll never reach your own... the goals you set yourself."

"He's kind of... I guess you'd call him kind of a mediocrity... I mean he doesn't really fit into any kind of people grouping. He's not particularly depressed but he thinks he is. He doesn't have any kind of consistency in his emotions which I think most people are like."

"Normally in films somebody's a sad person, they're a sad person but he's not particularly sad all the time he's just basically chasing his tail. He's just a guy who is really stuck in a rut and he needs to figure a way out of it."

Däremot tycker han inte att han är särskilt lik Art i personligheten.

"No not really. I've never really felt stuck in anything. Art really feels like he's been trapped by his own life and he's kind of resentful about it as well.
"It would be really difficult to be friends with someone like Art. It seems like he's very real but really he's a very demanding friend, he's very emotionally draining."

Jag funderade på att öppna telefonen, åtminstone se vem som försökte kontakta mig. Kanske var det viktiga. Kanske Carlisle behövde mig. Jag funderade på det, men jag kunde inte röra mig.

Jag var inte exakt säker på var jag var.

Något mörkt utrymme fullt av råttor och spindlar. Spindlarna ignorerade mig och råtta gav mig en bred sovplats.

Luften var tjock med tunga dofter av rankig getto arrendegård samarbetar med livet.

Jag brydde mig inte om att skilda tankar från röster - det blev en stor enda röra av högljudda spanska skrik som jag inte lyssna på. Jag lät ljuden studsar från mig.

Meningslöst.

Allt det var meningslöst.

Min existens var meningslöst.

Hela världen var meningslöst.

Jag tryckte min panna mot mina knän, och jag undrade hur länge jag skulle kunna stå ut här. Kanske det var hopplöst. Kanske, att mina försök var dömda att misslyckas ändå, jag ska sluta tortera mig själv och gå tillbaka .. Tanken var så mäktig, så läkande - liksom orden finns en stark narkos, tvättar bort berg av smärta jag var begravda under - Tanken gjorde mig yr.

Jag kan gå nu, jag kunde gå tillbaka.

Bellas ansikte, alltid bakom locken i mina ögon, tittar leende mot mig. Det var ett välkomnande leende, om förlåtelse, men det hade inte påverkat mitt undermedvetna, som jag förmodligen var avsedd att ha. Naturligtvis kunde jag inte gå tillbaka. Vad var min smärta, trots allt, i jämförelse med hennes lycka? Hon bör kunna le, fri från fruktan och fara. Fri från längtan efter en själlös framtid. Hon skulle komma till ett ställe som var ett undantagen för mig. Tanken på att den slutliga separationen var så mycket mer intensiv än den smärta jag redan hade.

Min kropp skakade. När Bella gick vidare till den plats där hon tillhörde och jag aldrig kunde komma till, skulle jag inte vara kvar här lång efter. Det måste finnas glömska. Det måste finnas lättnad. Det var min förhoppning, men det fanns inga garantier. Att sova, kanske drömma. Det är där skon klämmer, jag citerade för mig själv. Även när jag var aska, skulle jag på något sätt ändå känna tortyr av min förlust?
Jag skakade igen.

Och för fan, jag hade lovat.

Jag hade lovat henne att jag inte skulle förstöra hennes liv igen, ta med mina svarta demoner bort från henne.

Jag skulle inte komma tillbaka, det hade jag svurit på.

Tanken på att återvända till den mulna liten stad som för alltid skulle vara mitt sanna hem på den här planeten, gnagde genom mina tankar igen. Bara för att kontrollera. Bara för att se att hon är bra och trygga och lyckliga. Inte att lägga sig i. Hon skulle aldrig få veta att jag var där ...

Nej Fan, nej. Telefonen vibrerat igen.

"Fan, fan, fan, fan". Mumlade jag. Jag skulle kunna använda distraktion. Jag vände telefonen upp och registrerade siffrorna och fick min första chock jag känt på ett halvår. Varför skulle Rosalie ringa mig? Hon var den person som förmodligen njöt mest av min frånvaro. Det måste vara något riktigt fel om hon behövde prata med mig. Plötsligt orolig för min familj, jag träffade svara knappen.

"Vad?" Frågade jag spänt.

"Oh, wow. Edward svarade i telefonen. Jag känner mig så hedrad. "Så snart jag hörde hennes ton, visste jag att min familj var okej. Hon måste bara blivit uttråkad.

Det var svårt att gissa på hennes motiv utan hennes tankar som en vägledning. Rosalies tankar hade aldrig gjort någon större mening för mig. Hennes impulser var oftast grundar på den mest invecklade slags logik. Jag slog av telefonen.

"Lämna mig ifred" Jag viskade ut i det tomma mörkret. Naturligtvis, telefonen vibrerat igen på en gång.

Skulle hon fortsätta ringa tills hon fått säga det hon planerar att irritera mig med? Antagligen. Det skulle ta månader för henne att växa sig trött på det här spelet. Jag lekte med tanken att låta henne fortsätta ringa de kommande halvåret... och sedan suckade jag och svarade i telefonen igen.

"Sätt igång nu då."

Rosalie rusade genom ord.

"Jag trodde du skulle vilja veta att Alice är i Forks." Jag öppnade mina ögon och stirrade på ruttet träbalkar tre centimeter från mitt ansikte.

"Vad?" Min röst var platt, känslokall.

"Du vet hur Alice är - tror hon vet allt. Som du"

Rosalie svalde det nervösa fnittret. Hennes röst hade en nervös kant, som om hon plötsligt var osäker på vad hon gjorde. Alice hade svurit för mig att hon skulle följa mig i frågan om Bella, men hon höll inte med mitt beslut. Hon hade lovat att hon skulle låta Bella vara ... Så länge som jag gjorde det.

Det står klart att hon trodde att jag skulle lägga mig för smärtan. Hon kanske hade rätt om det. Men jag hade inte. Ännu. Så vad skulle hon göra i Forks? Jag ville vrida hennes magra hals. Inte för att Jasper skulle låta mig få komma tillräckligt nära henne, när han fångar en pust av raseri som blåser ur mig ...

"Är du fortfarande kvar, Edward?" Jag svarade inte. Jag masserade tiningen med mina fingertoppar, och undrade om det var möjligt för en vampyr att få migrän. Å andra sidan, om Alice hade redan gått tillbaka ...

Nej Nej Nej Nej! Jag hade svurit ett löfte. Bella förtjänar ett liv. Jag hade svurit ett löfte. Bella förtjänar ett liv. Jag upprepade orden om och om igen, att försöka sudda ut den förförisk bild av Bellas mörka fönster.

Öppningen till min enda fristad. Utan tvekan skulle jag ha krypigt in om jag var tillbaka. Jag har inget emot det. Jag skulle gärna spendera det kommande årtiondet på mina bara knän om jag var med henne.

Nej, nej, nej.

 "Edward? bryr du inte ens varför Alice är där? "

"Inte särskilt."

Rosalie röst blev en småsak självbelåten nu, glad, ingen tvekan om att hon skulle tvinga ett svar från mig.

"Ja, naturligtvis, hon bryter inte precis mot reglerna. Jag menar, du varnade oss bara för att hålla oss borta från Bella, va? Resten av Forks spelar ingen roll."

Jag blinkade ögonen långsamt. Bella hade flyttat? Mina tankar cirklade runt oväntade idéer. Hon hade inte tagit studenten ännu, så hon måste ha flyttat till sin mor. Det var bra. Hon ska bo i solsken. Det var bra att hon hade kunnat lägga skuggorna bakom sig. Jag försökte svälja, och kunde inte. Rosalie klingade ett nervöst skratt.

"Så du behöver inte vara arg på Alice."

"Varför ringde du mig, Rosalie, om inte vill få Alice i trubbel? Varför besvära du mig?"

"Vänta!"Sa hon, avläsning, med rätta, att jag skulle lägga på igen.

"Det är inte därför jag ringde."

"Varför, svara mig snabbt, och lämna mig sedan i fred."

"Tja ..." hon tvekade.

"Spotta ut det, Rosalie. Du har tio sekunder."

"Jag tycker du ska komma hem,"  svarade Rosalie hastigt.

"Jag är trött på Esmes sörjande och att Carlisle aldrig skrattar. Du borde skämmas över vad du har gjort mot dem. Emmett saknar dig hela tiden och det börjar gå mig på nerverna. Du har en familj. Väx upp och tänka på någon annan förutom dig själv."

"Intressant rådgivning, Rosalie. Låt mig berätta en liten historia om en kruka och en vattenkokare ..."

"Jag tänker på dem, till skillnad från dig. Att du inte ens funderar över hur mycket du har sårat Esme om inte oss andra?

Hon älskar dig mer än resten av oss, och du vet det. Kom hem."

Jag svarade inte.

"Jag trodde en gång hela den här Forks grejen var över, att du skulle komma över det."

"Forks var aldrig problemet, Rosalie, Jag ledsen" jag försökte låta lugnt. vad hon hade sagt om Esme och Carlisle hade slagit ett hårt slag.

"Bara för att Bella" - det var svårt att säga hennes namn högt - "har flyttat till Florida, det betyder inte att jag kan .... flytta tillbaka, Rosalie. Jag är verkligen ledsen, men tro mig, det skulle inte göra någon lyckligare om jag var där."

"Um... "Det var det, att nervösa tvekan igen.

"Vad är det du inte säger, Rosalie? Är Esme okej? Är Carlisle..."

"De är okej. Det är bara ... Ja, jag sa inte att Bella hade flyttat."

Jag sa inget. Jag sprang över vårt samtal i mitt huvud. Ja, Rosalie hade sagt att Bella flyttas. Hon sa: ... Du varnade oss bara för att hålla oss borta från Bella, va? Resten av Forks spelar ingen roll. Och sedan: Jag trodde en gång hela den här Forks grejen var över ...

Så Bella var inte i Forks. Vad menade hon, Bella hade inte flyttat? Sedan rusade Rosalie igenom hennes ord igen, säger de nästan med ilska nu.

"De ville inte berätta för dig, men jag tyckte att det är dumt. Ju snabbare du kommer över detta, desto snabbare kan saker gå tillbaka till det normala. Varför låta dig vandra runt i mörka hörn i hela världen när det inte finns något behov av det? Du kan komma hem nu. Vi kan vara en familj igen. Det är över."

Mitt sinne verkade vara bruten. Jag kunde inte få fram någonting vettigt av hennes ord. Det var som det var något mycket, mycket tydligt som hon berättade, men jag hade ingen aning om vad det var. Min hjärna lekte med information, vilket gjorde konstiga mönster av det.

Meningslöst.

"Edward?"

"Jag förstår inte vad du säger, Rosalie."

En lång paus, långt som några mänskliga hjärtrytmer.

"Hon är död, Edward."

En lång paus.

"Jag är ... ledsen. Du har rätt att få veta, trodde, tror jag. Bella ... kastade sig från en klippa två dagar sedan. Alice såg det, men det var för sent att göra något. Jag tror hon skulle ha bidragit, dock brutit hennes ord, om det hade funnits tid. Hon gick tillbaka för att göra vad hon kunde för Charlie. Du vet att hon alltid brydde sig om honom ..."

Telefonen var död.

Det tog mig några sekunder att inse att jag hade stängt av mobilen. Jag satt i det dammiga mörkret under en lång, frysen tid. Det var som om tiden upphört. Liksom universum hade slutat snurra.

Sakta, som en gammal man, tog jag min telefon och slog numret jag lovat mig själv jag skulle aldrig ringa igen.

Om det var hon skulle jag lägga på. Om det var Charlie, jag skulle få den information jag behövde bara på rösten.

Jag skulle förstå Rosalies lilla urdåliga skämt och sedan gå tillbaka till det tomma intet.

"Swans bostad", svarade en röst jag aldrig hört förut. En mans skrovliga röst, djup, men ändå ungdomlig. Jag pausade inte för att tänka på konsekvenserna av det här.

"Det här är Dr Carlisle Cullen", sade jag, helt imiterande av min fars röst.

"Får jag prata med Charlie?"

"Han är inte här", svarade rösten, och jag var svagt överraskad av ilska i den. Orden var nästan en morrning. Men det spelad ingen roll.

"Nå, var är han då?" Jag försökte låta otålig. Det blev en kort paus, som om främlingen ville undanhålla information från mig.

"Han är vid begravningen", svarade pojken till slut.

Jag stänger av telefonen.

Kristen Stewart might get to kiss Robert Pattinson but it is working with top actors that gets her excited

She was thrilled to be hand picked by Sean Penn to be in the movie Into the Wild.

Kristen told Joy magazine: "I think it's one of my favorite movies, and not just because I'm in it. I was so lucky to get that role.

"Sean Penn actually called me on my cellphone. He's very bold and secretive. Plus, I know he's sure of the effect that one phone call of him can do to a person. He told me who he was and said: "Hey, I'm working on this movie that I love. I care about it more than anything and I'm reaching a point in which I don't know what to do".

"He asked me to read the script for him with the other actors. I read for the sister's part, who narrates the whole story. Two days later he called me and said "I don't know how you'll fit into all of this, but I really want you to do this movie with me, and I'll find you your perfect role". And there were two roles, the role for the main character's sister, and Tracy the singer. And he chose Tracy for me.

"That moment was amazing. That's the reason why I chose acting, to get to work with people like Sean Penn."

Kristen also revealed what it is about Bella Swan that excites her.

She said: "She's a very strong girl. If you look a it superficially she's a character full of clich: she's the damsel in distress. But what's amazing about her is that it's her strength that moves the story. Edward does it too, but Bella is brave in a very scary situation. She's very confident too."

Enligt rykten så var det faktiskt Emile Hirsch som tipsade Catherine om Kristen efter han hade gjort into the wild.

Today is Pattinson's final day on the set of New Moon barring any crazy cataclysmic setback. They've had to postpone these scenes due to weather, now must rush him through the shoot to get him out on schedule. It's supposed to be a beautiful day in Vancouver today. Which is perfect because - get ready for it Twi-hards - today they are shooting in the Meadow.

It's a dreamy sequence. In the Meadow, Bella sees herself get old, looks like her grandma. And Edward wishes grandma happy birthday. Then they're young together and lying in the field and looking at each other and it's pretty.

Grindelwald is an important character in the last book of the Harry Potter series. He is connected with Albus Dumbledore past and most known by the wizard world for a famous duel with the same.

People can't stop talking about the sex scenes you share with your co-star, Twilight heartthrob Rob Pattinson. Were they difficult to do?

No. It was not uncomfortable. The hard part was to transmit the emotions of my character. That was the challenge. But the scenes came out really well. I am very proud of this film. I would love for people to see this movie, because it's a very good movie.

Millions of girls want to know what it feels like to make out with Rob Pattinson-tell us, is he a good kisser?

(Laughs). He's O.K. He's good.

A lot of people are calling this a "gay" film. Do you agree that it is?

It's not just that. But I like that people are talking about the movie. I also think that Rob's success with Twilight will make people see this movie, and if they want to see Rob, that's great, because they'll see the film too. He does a splendid and wonderful job as Dali.

The ‘How To Be' actor was asked by the LA Times what makes him cry.

He admitted: "Sometimes music. I very rarely cry about stuff.

"Or coughing. Coughing makes me cry sometimes" (laughs.)

Rob also revealed that he wanted to do political speech writing when he was younger.

He said: "That's what I wanted to do while I was in school, yeah. I just liked the whole idea of it. I wanted to be involved with politics.

"That's what my whole plan was. I was going to go to university and then I just thought, ‘Ah, I can't be bothered to do anything' (laughs). ‘I don't want to do any more homework!'"

On Friday night, Twilight fan Theresa had the good fortune to stumble upon the entire cast and crew of New Moon partying the night away. Everyone from Robert Pattinson to writer Stephanie Meyer made the scene at the upscale Blue Water Café & Raw Bar in Vancouver's hip Yaletown district for the celebration, which lasted until almost 4:00 a.m.

"As we walked up, we saw Rob walking in," Theresa said. "He was friendly-I was quite surprised because I know he's generally shy." Theresa says that Pattinson spent about five minutes posing for pictures before going inside, despite the fact that a valet at the restaurant kept asking fans and paparazzi to leave him alone. When one man asked Pattinson to pose with him and the actor cheerfully agreed, he said: "Awesome! You just scored me bonus points with my wife!"

Eclipse director David Slade, who recently came under fire after some old Twilight-bashing Twitter messages he wrote came to light, was also on the scene. And when Theresa introduced herself as a fan of the series, he personally apologized to her for the Tweets. "I was just being comedic," he said, before going on to tell her how excited he was to work on the movie.

While the shindig took place in a private room, the vampires and werewolves took lots of smoke breaks, and Ashley Greene and Rachelle Lefevre were spotted taking shots at the bar inside. Taylor Lautner, Michael Sheen, Cameron Bright and Dakota Fanning were some of the first stars to leave, sneaking out the back door around 1:30 a.m.

Adding fuel to rumors of an on-set romance, Pattinson got friendly with co-star Kristen Stewart. The pair took a private 15-minutes smoke break together and were "enjoying each others' company," Theresa says. They even exited the restaurant around 3:30 in the morning arm-in-arm. However, when they saw the fans and photographers huddled outside, they quickly separated. The two shared a limo-separately from co-stars Greene and Lefevre-and were photographed sitting close together, knees touching, inside the car.

Earlier in the day, Theresa said she spotted what appeared to be Pattinson's car in the parking lot at Stewart's hotel. But after gossip blogs suggested the pair would arrive at the party together, Theresa speculates the two decided to go it alone to avoid more rumors that they're more than just friends. One other interesting fact: Theresa notes that Pattinson was wearing the same clothes-"down to the shoes"-in pictures taken in Los Angeles the very next day.

A St. Louis beauty salon owner accidentally happened upon one of the hottest Hollywood scripts - the pages from an upcoming "Twilight" sequel - in a trash bin.

Casey Ray found two scripts, one for the vampire sequel "New Moon" and one for a different movie titled "Memoirs." She decided to return them to the studio making the films. In return, she was invited to attend the movies' premieres, her lawyer said.

Ray recently was waiting for her fiance to finish work when she spotted two scripts in a trash container. She was outside a hotel where actors were staying during a St. Louis shoot for the upcoming George Clooney movie, "Up in the Air."

RadarOnline: Your character in Twilight, Jasper, is so withdrawn and cold. Do you think fans are a little hesitant to approach you in public? Especially compared with some of your castmates?

Jackson Rathbone: People rarely recognize me, which is actually pretty sweet. I try to change my look in every role I take on: clothing, hairstyle, walk, facial expression, and the way I speak. Sometimes it's subtle and sometimes it's not, but as I am not a blonde in real life, people often do the double look before approaching me.

RO: You said in a recent interview that all the Cullen guys worked out together in the hotel gym during filming. So tell us: who can bench press the most?

JR: That would be Kellan [Lutz]. He truly is Emmett.

RO: You live in a house with other members of your band, 100 Monkeys, in Hollywood. What's the hardest part about being roomies with two other guys?

JR: The smell.

RO: When can fans expect 100 Monkeys' new album to drop, and how would you describe the band's sound in one word?

JR: Our EP should be coming out in two or three weeks on iTunes, with three singles from our full length album, and a special surprise if you order the CD directly from us! Our full length album is set for release in the fall of this year. 100 Monkeys sound is "onomatopoetic."

RO: What's the most embarrassing song on your iPod?

JR: There's nothing embarrassing about "Ice, Ice Baby". It's just a great song.

RO: Your next movie is The Last Airbender, which is based on a Japanese animated series. Have you done any cool stunts for the film?

JR: I've been doing a lot of Kung Fu training and I've had to do a good deal of fighting in the last few weeks. It's a lot of fun, but my band mates are tired of me trying to Kung Fu them before and after shows.

RO: You have a tattoo that reads "I'm Lost..." Is there a story behind it?

RO: You're the only boy among four siblings. Did any particular feminine traits or habits rub off on you after growing up in a houseful of sisters?

JR: No. I got stuck with all the masculinity. I taught my sisters how to fight.

RO: You've said the cast members of Twilight and New Moon are really close, so what's one thing about each of your co-stars you think might surprise  people?

JR: None of them are vampires in real life! Gasp!

RO: When the cameras aren't rolling, how do you and the rest of the Twilight crew blow off steam?

JR: I believe there are usually two or three guitars on set at all times. We all get down with a little music, though some of our styles and tastes are a bit different. I've been digging on Spencer Bell's solo album, Feudal, Brutal, and the American Dream, (available on iTunes), number 13 is my favorite song.

A few were impressed-the London Daily Express calls Pattinson's take "a spirited performance." But most agree with MTV's Kurt Loder, who says, "As soon as Pattinson steps forth with Dalí's famous up-twirled mustaches pasted to his face, the picture collapses."

Melissa Rosenberg (manusförfattare) har bara positiva saker att säga om inspelningen av new moon hittills. På hennes facebook skriver hon att alla har det jätteroligt och att ingen gnäller trots det hårda arbetet. Chris Wietz gör ett fantastiskt jobb. The Volturi ser helt faaantastiska ut! Nästan allt är perfekt.

"Writing from the set of New Moon, a ridiculously happy place to be. Everyone is having a gas. Especially me. You'd expect at least one person to be snarky after working so hard for so long but I haven't heard a single sour note.

Chris Weitz is the zen ringmaster doing a fantastic job. The Volturi look amaaaazing. Michael Sheen embodies Aro so completely, elevating the role to a whole new level. Dakota as Jane knocks me out. Rob and Kristen are gorgeous of course and and and... I probably shouldn't gush so much, no one will believe that everything is perfect but it is!"

"Around the same time Slade came, Peter Facinelli left. We were actually on the same flight to Vegas. Not sure where he was going. I sat across the aisle from him. He was lovely to fans who approached for photos in the terminal and the only other remarkable detail I can give you is that while I was trying to write The Outcast book review, he was givin'er on his iPod, playing some game that required furious tapping and scrolling and shaking. It was distracting and hilarious and adorable, especially when he became extra spastic with the controller."

"Finally got to spend some time with our new director for Eclipse, David Slade. And I gotta say, he's great. Very smart, funny, creative. I already knew he was a really talented and visual filmmaker, but now I know he's terrific to work with as well. And so the great debate over Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's relationship continues.

Twilight and New Moon star Ashley Greene-who plays Alice Cullen in the vampire saga-tells OK! Magazine that, recent speculation aside, Robert Pattinson is happily unattached.

When asked about Pattinson's rumored crush on co-star Stewart, Greene replies, "I think he's loving being single. He's pretty much one of the most eligible bachelors out there right now. So if he was sad before [about Kristen], I think that he's all right now."

She also adds that Pattinson is a reluctant heartthrob. "Rob's always like, 'I don't belong here, what's going on?' He's not the most sociable. He's not one of those people who can go and talk to anyone. He's kind of a hermit and a little awkward."

Uh, hasn't she seen the photographs from Sam Bradley's Vancouver show on Saturday? RPattz looked pretty darn sociable in them. And not particularly sad about Kristen.

Äntligen har svensk media förstått att Rob är den nya stjärnan i Hollywood!

Twilight-hunken Robert Pattinson är biopublikens nya drömkille men själv tycker han att han är ful.

Succérollen som perma-tonåriga vampyren Edward Cullen gjorde skådespelaren Robert Pattinson, 22, till sex- symbol över en natt. Själv är britten helt oförstående och på en specialinspelad intervju som följer med Twilight-dvd:n avslöjar han att han inte ens tycker om att se sig själv i spegeln.

- Ibland tycker jag att det ser ut som om jag skulle ha plastik-opererat ansiktet, som efter en brännskada eller något, säger han.

- Hela mitt ansikte ser ut som om det har fått ett ansiktslyft - ett riktigt dåligt ett.

Extremt självkritisk

Under intervjun föreslår han att Zac Efron borde spela hans roll i uppföljaren New Moon . Själv tycker han att han ser alltför sliten ut, jämfört med när han först klev in i rollen som Edward Cullen för ett år sedan.

- Jag har redan åldrats ungefär sex år, utbrister han.

Den före detta modellen tvekar inte heller att såga sina skådespelarinsatser. I USA får han lysande omdömen för sin senaste film, Little ashes , men själv konstaterar han buttert för tidningen GQ:

- Den borde aldrig ha släppts. Vi famlade hela tiden i mörkret.

Spritt språngande naken

I filmen, som inte fått något svenskt utgivningsdatum ännu, gestaltar han en ung Salvador Dalí. Robert Pattinson, som aldrig kysst en kvinnlig motspelare på film, visar sig nu både spritt språngande naken och får ett nervöst sammanbrott efter att ha haft sex med sin manliga motspelare Javier Beltrán. Ett avancerat, djupt projekt som skulle ha varit perfekt att göra efter hela Twilight - serien för att tvätta bort vampyrstämpeln - så varför redan nu?

- Jag trodde att jag aldrig skulle få ett skådespelarjobb igen. Så jag tänkte, varför inte testa något udda? förklarar britten för GQ.

As Robert, who plays dreamy vampire Edward Cullen, strummed his guitar, on-screen sibling Jackson Rathbone (Jasper) played harmonica while their big-screen sister Nikki Reed (Rosalie) added lyrics she had practiced onstage earlier that evening while serenading cast mate Taylor Lautner.

"We just got really creative," lead singer Sage tells OK! of the intimate hotel-room session, which sounded like a mix of old-school rock and country as well as Van Morrison, Robert's favorite rocker. "Everything blended together really well."

I have two friends that I grew up with and that's it. I could wake up one day and disappear without leaving anything behind.

How are you dealing with the fans and being chased by them?
It's like having two jobs; acting and mantaining your fans interested so you can keep working.

What to you like to do in your free time?
I don' go out much. I like to spend the day by myself doing my things and then socialize at night. I get bored talking to people. I ask someone out for dinner and 15 minutes later I'm tired of them.

From an indie muse in Into the Wild to the magnetic Bella in Twilight.Kristen Stewart (18, LA) is very clear, however: "Fame doesn't affect my life. Fame is not real".

The fans of the book were not very happy with the cast of the movie. Why?
I know, they've changed their minds now. They've seen and read things about the movie and thought it wouldn't be as bad as they thought. I think they will enjoy it. It's very faithful to the book.

Some people say you're too pretty to play Bella.
In the movie I'm an average girl. What you said was not very nice, actually.

This happens with literary characters.
I know. But beauty is subjective. If you go online and google "the ugliest girl in the world" you'll get my picture. Believe, it's everywhere. A lot of people think I'm hideous.

Do you google yourself a lot?
Sometimes. And whoever says they don't, they're lying. But it's crazy and it's not productive at all.

You said that if you had known how big this movie would be you wouldn't have signed up for it.
I said it during a moment of insecurity. Having people expecting so much about you is not nice. But I believe I would've done it anyway. A phenomenon like this can be overwhelming, but at the same time it doesn't affect me at all. It doesn't change my real life.

It must be hard to believe seeing so many people screaming your name at once.
Yes, but they scream for Bella, the character, who could've been anybody. People are really obsessed with Rob. However, I'm used to being in movies that nobody watches.

Music is very important in Twilight. Do you like the choices for the sountrack?
I love Muse. Matt Belamy's voice is perfect for the movie. But I prefer older music. Right now I'm obsessed with Van Morrison.

Are you planning on going to college.
I thought about it for a while, but I have a problem with authority. I don't like people telling me what to read. I'll have an education independently.

Edward and Bella, The perfect couple?
Do they really have as much chemistry as they say? We put them to a test just to see how compatible they are.

Rob: "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. What movie did Kristen say? Hers is The Jungle Book. She just said it".

When I made these comments, I had neither seen the film nor read the books. I was promoting a comedy short film that I had made for Xbox and every pop culture subject was seen as a possible comedy target. I was being silly and none of the statements were from the heart.

Of course, I have since seen the movie and read the books and was quickly consumed with the rich storytelling and the beautifully honest characters that Stephenie Meyer created.

Här är en intressant artikel om våra tre twilightstjärnor och deras roller än så länge, med fokus på twilight då. Den ställer frågor som kommer de alltid bli fast i samma typ av karaktärer genom hela sin karriär?

Kristin Stewart recently starred in Adventureland, playing an awkward adolescent in suburban America. The role was much more demanding for Stewart but the movie was nowhere near the financial windfall that Twilight has proven to be. Stewart, however, has risen through the acting ranks with upwards of 15 credits to her name pre-Twilight, which have all helped Stewart in being known before playing Bella Swan. Kristen is currently involved in three other projects away from the Twilight Saga, including the recently announced Runaways, so she's certainly keeping busy out of the shoes of Bella.

Robert Pattinson, the heartthrob and personification of perfection for many fans, is also working to stay busy beyond Twilight and New Moon. Pattinson recently landed the lead role in Hollywoodland director, Allen Coulter's Remember Me, which tells the tale of two lovers who try to keep their relationship together amid family tragedy. Like I mentioned, if you're successful in the entertainment world in one area, it's easy to become pigeonholed and known for one thing.

Since Remember Me will be another lover role for Pattinson, Robert could easily become known to casting directors as what we're already seeing from Edward Cullen in the Twilight Saga. While the Stephenie Meyer based series has helped propel Pattinson to uber celebrity status, along with his nod in People magazine's issue of Most Beautiful People, Robert, himself, has publicly stated that he doesn't understand the phenomena that the films have spawned. Will he be able to move into more diverse roles after this? Surely there will be roles available but will fans and casting agents and directors be able to see past the Edward Cullen persona as a lead love interest?

Taylor Lautner, however, the youngest of the three Twilight and New Moon stars, may be the one to come out of the Twilight Saga no worse for wear in the end. If you look at the trajectory of Lautner in the first two Twilight films, Taylor's star is just beginning to rise since his New Moon character, Jacob Black, steps to center stage in the Twilight sequel. For the past two years, much of the rabid hype and attention has been focused on Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. When the green light was given to New Moon, and it was announced that Lautner would be back as Jacob Black, it was only over the past six to eight months that Taylor truly became a household name to even more fans.

Assuming there will be a break between Eclipse and a possible adaptation of the fourth Twilight novel, Breaking Dawn - which would actually help the Twilight stars broaden their acting resumes - Taylor would only have the major visibility and media attention of two Twilight films to the three of Pattinson and Stewart. So, theoretically, with his star still on the rise, Taylor Lautner may step out of Eclipse into the acting circles at the height and maturity of his popularity at the age of 18 to a then 24-year-old Robert Pattinson and a 20-year old Kristen Stewart. Although each will still be in their acting prime in terms of roles for young adults, when it comes to momentum beyond Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse, Taylor Lautner may have timing on his side more than anything. It may come down to fans wanting to see what Taylor does next more so than the others. Interestingly, at the moment, Lautner doesn't appear to have anything else on the go, which means he hasn't even started to explore projects beyond Twilight.

At this point in Twilight time, New Moon and Eclipse are slated for release. There's been no word on when Breaking Dawn will be made. Can the actors endure such heavy Twilight attention for another year after Eclipse, which would be a ballpark estimate of 25 months? Although we want to see Breaking Dawn get made (and it will), there comes a point when it can work against you. Over the next year and a half, the Twilight Saga will continue to be a major focus of the media and fans, as the press continues to pounce on every move the Twilight actors make. With so much attention focused on Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner for another 15 months, the transition from the Twilight universe to other projects might be a little rocky in terms of fans shaking the perception of their Twilight characters.

Before Robert Pattinson auditioned for the part of Edward the vampire in Twilight, he took a quarter of a Valium to see where it would take him. He got the part. He had no idea what he'd signed up for: he might have been aware that Stephenie Meyer's Twilight saga had attracted 17m readers worldwide and that the Mormon mother from Arizona was the biggest publishing phenomenon since JK Rowling. What he didn't see coming were the teen girls who'd fallen in love with the sensitive, tortured Edward of Meyer's books. First they revolted online, calling Pattinson a gargoyle - and worse. Then they changed their minds, fell in love with him en masse and refused to leave him alone.

Pattinson, who turns 23 later this month, has become an international pin-up since Twilight was released last year. He's probably bigger news even than Daniel Radcliffe. After all, Harry Potter still seems like a little boy while Edward is a passionate, redblooded teen vampire in love with a mortal schoolgirl called Bella. Forget that gargoyle nonsense, too: Pattinson is an unlikely fusion of Johnny Depp and Doctor Whoelect Matt Smith. He favours the same vintage clothes as Depp and the actors share the same tough femininity; he's got the same architectural hair as Smith, the same asymmetrical features and strangely alluring face. Oh, and he's six-foot tall with the lean body of youth.

Yet Pattinson himself can take none of the attention seriously. Educated at a private day school in London, he has the kind of posh English accent Americans love, but he's not remotely pretentious or full of himself. His Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart, who plays Bella, once said that Pattinson can't lie; he also can't seem to stop talking. Right now he's describing the hotel room in Vancouver, where he's been filming New Moon, the second in the Twilight quartet. "I've been living in this windowless room on the 30-something floor. Because the people who built it were afraid of people killing themselves! It's one of those business hotels. I guess they're worried about not being able to charge so much for rooms if guests were killing themselves ..."

Most actors live in apartments, or at least hotel suites, while on set. But not Pattinson: "I've settled there now. It would take about three weeks for me to gather all my belongings. I don't let the maids in. I don't even pull the duvet down now because I don't want to see what's underneath."

There are always fans waiting outside the hotel but he tries not to think about the phenomenal level of fame he's reached in north America; he says he'd go mad if he did. So he tries to disguise himself: "But instead I'm just getting more and more conspicuous; I'm wearing two hoods, a hat and sunglasses, which kind of stands out in the middle of the night. At times Pattinson sounds grown-up, but he also lapses into adolescent silliness. Ask if he has a fake hotel name and the giggling starts: "I was Clive Handjob in Paris. Everyone in the hotel called me ‘Monsieur Handjob'. That was good, cheap fun."

When he got the role of Edward, Pattinson was sent to have his hair cut and dyed. He was given a personal trainer and, for the first time, got himself a six pack. He was also sent for media training to help him handle the juggernaut of publicity required for Twilight (in the US principal cast members have to participate in events such as "hype-building panels" to push the fi lm). He may now look more like a movie star but he still says things he shouldn't. In one interview, he volunteered the information about the Valium and then seemed to dismiss Little Ashes, an arthouse film he made before Twilight, as "nothing". He also pointed out, rather brashly, that "we didn't even have trailers".

Igår filmade de in en ny tillagd scen som inte finns med i boken. När Bella går på bio med Jessica så stöter hon ju på det grabbgänget som är med i ettan, den här gången går hon bara inte fram till dem utan hon åker motorcykel med en utav killarna! Samtidigt dyker då Edward upp som en illusion och säger till henne att sluta.
