I en intervju för spanska hemsidan elpais.com avslöjar Rob att han har ett nytt projekt på gång.

Let's say that today you were beginning eight weeks of vacations, what would you do?
Rob: I want to travel! I'm gonna try to look for jobs in different countries. I think I will be working in Paris for three months at the beginning of the next year.

For what project?
Rob: I don't know if I can say it... fuck it. It's an adaption of Bel-Ami by Guy de Maupassant. Now that I said it to you, I can telling it to everyone. Also I'm fed up of what people say to me "you only do the Twilight movies, you aren't anything more than a shooting star". I refuse! (Laughs).
